Why are you asking? I have found this foto somewhere in internet. I think it was in one of forums

Because I copied this image for the French version of the article about Stepan Bandera and I was asked information about the copyright.

You know that the Wikipedia Project has the goal to create an information source in an encyclopedia format that is freely available. So the copyrights must be respected.

Images must be in the public domain or your must have the authorization of the author.
