Ашаги-Агджакенд

The town "Ашаги-Агджакенд" is not in the de-facto Nagorno-Karabakh Republic which claims it as the capital for the Shaumyan region, but is de-jure in Azerbaijan proper. Ironically even Armenia which supports Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, the contested territory that is internationally recognized as de-jure part of Azerbaijan, does not oficially recognize it. You should also add categories for Azerbaijan as well.

About the plot of the article. I'm not against to add categories about Azerbaijan, but I've reverted Your edit as You have deleted all information about NKR. At least this city is claimed by NKR and before the war all population was Armenian, the city name was Shaunyan, as well as You know. In this chapter of wikipedia we use de-facto names, so the name of the article is Ashagi-Agjakend (as Azeri government use, while according to the NKR government the name of the city still is Shaumyan). I'm not going to discuss other aspects, according to which smbd support smth or smth thing smth.--Ліонкінг 20:01, 7 січня 2011 (UTC)
