The best (albeit indirect) source I found on this is this (reliable) [https://library.osu.edu/projects/hebrew-lexicon/00165.php Lexicon of modern Hebrew authors] (curated by an academic librarian). But I am also noticing there is not official source for prize recipients (the prize is given out by the city of Jerusalem, but the city has no online publication about it), so I am now bugging the city of Jerusalem to provide official confirmation of all recipients. It is indeed confusing; there is "the Jerusalem Prize", which is formally The Jerusalem Prize ''for Literature'', and is a major world literary prize (many of the people who won it went on to win the Booker Prize or the Nobel Prize). Then there are ''several'' other "Jerusalem Prizes", which have more specific names, and are ''much'' less prestigious. Ms. Ayalon won one of these smaller prizes, specifically, the ''Uri Zvi Greenberg'' Jersualem Prize ''for Poetry'' [Greenberg was a ''major'' Hebrew poet after whom this prize is named] . It is the winners of ''that'' prize which I have asked the city to provide a source for.
