What can I say... He is a rabid Russian nationalist with a picture of Stalin to prove it. So, I don't see anything new or unexpected. Take a look that some other people have had the same concern as you en:User talk:Kuban kazak#Your "corrections" in Ukrainian articles. I generally don't edit metro articles, and if I did he would start screaming that I follow him. I am taking a bit of a break from the BS at English WP. Please be very careful, he's been around and lives by revert wars, he's got a lot of experience in getting people in trouble. A good suggestion might be to give it a break, take some time off, think it over, see if other editors support you and start discussion. Don't be shy to ask other editors who work on metro articles to put in their two cents. You may want to talk to that guy from the diff I gave above. By the way point out at that Admin notice board what you concerns are, never leave an opportunity to let your point of view heard. He's just got out of a block and he is waging revert wars again, that should make admins pay attention to what he is doing. --Hillock65 05:38, 10 червня 2007 (UTC)

I looked at the article, a good suggestion might be to point out that Kyiv officially is a unilingual Ukrainian-language city. Point out at the official web site of Kyiv metro: not a word in Russian [1]. So what is the reasoning behind Russian translation? The number of Russian speakers does not determine what languages are used in the metro. Judging from the only true source, the official metro site - the only language is indeed Ukrainian. If he believes otherwise, let him present the official document naming them in Russian. Not an amateur site, but an official site or a document.
