Official name of this page (and the region of course) in Ukrainian is Моравсько-Сілезький край - confirmed by Moravian-Silesian Regional Authority. Unfortunatelly I cannot change it properly in Ukarinian lnaguage (I can passive understand but not active write). Please, someone with necessary language skills to do it (also several times in text).
