Kozar died in Katowice
ред.Hello. I'm writing in English because I don't know Ukrainian.
I just created a page for Kozar on Polish Wikipedia. I've noticed that the Ukrainian page says he died in Fastiv. According to a 2004 Polish newspaper I found, a month before his death he was actually transported to a hospital in Katowice, where he died. He was later buried in Fastiv.
